Meeting Jack Black!

Yesterday I was at The Factory working the Tenacious D show. Which if you don’t know who that is, it’s Jack Black’s band! (Hopefully you know who Jack Black is). I got there at 10am and mostly helped in catering. This show was similar to Lil Wayne in that food was out all day but it wasn’t exactly the same because this food wasn’t preselected. Jack just wanted a local restaurant to cater with fresh food. This food also wasn’t just for Jack’s team, it was also for him and his band! So he was hanging around at the venue in the afternoon, eating and talking to people. That is how I got to meet him. He gave a fist bump and introduced himself to me and asked my name. This was right after he came off stage from sound check. And after he came off after the show, he gave me a really big hug and said “we did it man, we did it!” This was defiantly the best moment of my internship. (and probably my year!)
