Week at STR Technologies

My first week was At STR Technologies which is a MSP which stands for managed service provider. STR supplies IT to company and manages it for them. during the first week I met Todd Rochleau the co-owner of the company. I got to sit in on team meetings with the employees of business . I also got to listen to a job interview. My favorite part was when I got to listen into a FTA which stand for First Time appointment which they get from making cold calls. Mr Levinson told that the goal in those meeting isn’t necessarily to sell them something it is to just build a relationship with the potential client. Networking is a very important skill. I also learned that organization is very important to be able to run a business smooth effectively.
