Week 2 M-W

This week I started off with some police work, and later shifted towards service. Monday I attended a training on the use of pepper spray and handcuffs. We were able to test them and act out scenarios. Tuesday, I drove out to the k9 station and got first hand experience of explosives and illegal drugs. These were at hand because these are the drugs the dogs learn from. Finally Wednesday, I went to the 4th precinct and did a ride around with one of the female officers. I watched two people get tickets and one person let off.
